RUTHANN is a contemporary art gallery and project space located on Main Street in Catskill, NY. With an emphasis on inclusion and community, the gallery presents local and regional artists. Co-directors and artists Georgia Elrod and Witts aim for RUTHANN to provide a dynamic art space that focuses on showing underrepresented contemporary artists working within a wide range of media. RUTHANN hosts workshops, pop-ups, performances, and loves to collaborate.

RUTHANN is adjacent to a private artist studio rental in the back space. This studio is part of Parkside Studios, which offers affordable artist studios and creative workspaces for rent in Brooklyn, NY and Catskill, NY. We are working artists who are renting these commercial spaces and subleasing them to other artists at affordable rates. Founded in 2012, the original Parkside Studios is located on Parkside Avenue in Brooklyn. This first location enabled us to rent our own studios there for almost ten years. Over the years Parkside Studios has expanded and there are currently three locations in Brooklyn with thirteen rented workspaces.
